Rules

outgive.lol is a public giving leaderboard operated by Press Start Studios LLC. There are no ads, no API keys, and no revenue share. From every gift we deduct a 5% admin fee plus 3% + $0.30 for card processing; everything else goes to the charity you pick when you give, paid out after the end of each month with proof on the Payouts page.

Ranking

• The minimum gift is $5, the maximum is $999,999, in whole-dollar steps.
• Your listing's rank is its lifetime total of gifts. To take a rank, your total must exceed the current holder's total.
• Enter the same website or @handle again with a higher total to raise that listing. You only pay the difference from its current total. Someone else cannot take your rank by paying that difference.
• Tied totals keep chronological order - whoever reached the amount first ranks higher.

What you can list

• A product or personal website, or an X @handle.
• No chat invite links (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and similar).
• No link shorteners.
• No adult content, illegal content, malware, scams, hate, or impersonation of others.
• Every website is screened automatically before checkout (Google Web Risk for malware and phishing, plus adult-content checks on the domain, page metadata, and RTA label). Flagged sites cannot be listed; we also review reports sent to abuse@outgive.lol and remove listings that slip through, without refund.

Technical details

• Query parameters and fragments are stripped from listing links. Affiliate, referral, and tracking URLs will not work.
• Listings are keyed by domain and path. App Store, Play Store, GitHub, and similar platform links are keyed by their path, so different apps do not share a listing. The same page cannot hold multiple spots.
• The title and description shown for a website listing are pulled from that site's own meta tags when it first joins the board.
• Clicks from the board go straight to the URL or profile you submitted.

Where the money goes

• You choose one charity from our published list before you give. The charity share of your gift is recorded against that charity the moment your payment completes, and the listing is shown as a giver to it.
• Payouts go out in aggregate, one transfer per charity, within 15 days after the end of each calendar month. Charities under $25 in a month roll into the next payout. Date, amount, reference, and proof are published on the Payouts page.
• If a charity cannot accept funds or is removed from our list, we pay a comparable charity and note it on the Payouts page.
• Charities on our list do not endorse outgive.lol or any listing. Gifts are payments to Press Start Studios LLC and are not tax deductible.

After payment

• Your listing is public once payment completes. A completed payment is what claims the rank - it does not guarantee #1 if someone outgives you in the meantime, and it is non-refundable either way because your listing is ranked regardless.
• All gifts are final. See the Terms for details, including our right to remove listings that break these rules without refund.

Payment and chargebacks

By completing a purchase you confirm that you have reviewed the listing and pricing and authorize the payment to Press Start Studios LLC. If you have any issue with a purchase, contact help@outgive.lol before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback; unjustified disputes may result in removal and a ban. Nothing in these rules limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
